Some of ELIM’s children have a, as we say in Spanish, a padrino or madrina. These are persons who are supporting a child. Every month or every year they donate different amounts. You could also do this. With a small and regular donation, you give a child more security on the long term. We use the money for, among others, (future costs of) education, clothing and medical costs. If you are interested to support a child, it’s good to know that it’s not only about the money. The children really like it to keep in contact by post or e-mail and to receive post. And if you have the opportunity: you can always visit the child!
